ONE SELF PORTRAIT EVERY DAY in 2020 : 253

This morning I went to King’s to have a blood test done and I thought that I could do my self portrait of the day with the nurse who took my blood. Lloyd was amazing, he was gentle and I really didn’t feel anything, I told him so and he said, quite rightly, that he was really good at his job. I didn’t think it was right to ask for a photo as he was very busy so I decided to take a “selfie” with the hospital in the background but when I got out, I forgot and went straight to the train station. So here is a photo with a … colander, is it a colander? Is it a sieve? I’m not sure what they are called. I’ll google now … it’s a single-mesh sieve.
